A beautiful shell-shaped pendant
  • Cord length: 51 cm (20 in)
  • Largest element: 4 x 3 x 1.5 cm (1 1/2 x 1 x 1/2 in)

  • Materials: Artisan earthenware (ceramics), leather, hypo allergenic stainless steel

This product contains animal material (leather), but I can replace it with a cork cord on request.

Note: Black nickel is a colour name. The product is nickel-free.

How is it made?

  1. I shape and air-dry the earthenware.
  2. I do a first firing in a specialized oven, called a kiln, to produce the "biscuit".
  3. I decorate and glaze the piece, then I do a second firing.

Each firing takes up to 5 hours and reaches 1000ºC. That's a lot hotter than your kitchen oven!

Care instructions

Earthenware is a little less resistant to breakage than terracotta.

Wear it and store it with care.

Customization

I will be pleased to tailor my products to your needs! For most products, I can:

  • Replace nickel-free metal findings with hypo allergenic stainless steel ones
  • Replace animal leather cords with cork cords
  • Modify the length of necklaces or earrings
